Fee Policy

Participation in the Welcome Reception requires advance registration.

The participation fee must be paid at the reception desk on the day of the event (cash only).

If you need to cancel, please notify the Secretariat by March 19, 2026.

In the case of same-day cancellation or no-show, the participation fee will be charged.

Registration will be closed once the capacity is reached.
